Our Hiring Process
Step 1: Fill out the application below.
Step 2: We will contact you if it seems like it might be a good fit. Our first conversation will be short, perhaps 5-10 minutes, and over Facetime or Zoom. If it still seems like a good fit, we will schedule a 2-hour timeframe for you to come in. For this session you must come ready to work and be wearing:
- Black pants.
- Black, closed-toe shoes.
Step 3: We will have you in to view some quick tutorials and see if you are still interested. If you are still interested, you will complete your two hours. The remaining 1.5 hour training session is paid.
Step 4: If you remain interested in the position and we think you can do the job, we will schedule you for 1-3 more paid shifts.
Step 5: If you can complete mandatory tasks satisfactorily and your schedule works, you are hired and become a member of the Gleam Team!
