Goal to Raise $15k for Children’s Hospital Colorado
Host a gleam fundraiser & Raise Money for your Nonprofit
We offer local schools and nonprofits the opportunity to host Saturday fundraisers to raise money for your cause. Your supporters can wash their cars at Gleam and 10% of wash sale proceeds from that day are yours to keep. Nonprofits that promote their fundraisers have raised more than $1,500!
Fundraiser Details:
- The nonprofit must promote the event on social media, emails, website, etc.
- The nonprofit must commit to having at least two volunteers on site from 9-5 to help our Gleam staff members dry off cars exiting the tunnel.
- The volunteers must be wearing t-shirts, hats, or something representative of the organization so that it’s clear they are part of a fundraiser. This helps drivers know that there is a fundraiser and helps raise awareness about the nonprofit itself.
- We request that you help get the word out. We suggest the following:
- Create a Facebook event (and make us a co-host so we can promote it on our page, too!)
- Promote the fundraiser on your social media pages and website
- Share the fundraiser with your email list

Gleam Car Wash Fundraiser Agreement
Please enter your information below to confirm that for your fundraiser you will:
- Have at least one person or – even better, a team of supporters – with signage on the corner of 38th and Wolff from 9 am – 6 pm the day of the event
- Demonstrate that you’ve promoted the event using at least a few of the critical social media promotion ideas listed below.
** If you complete the promotions below, we match up to $250!
Facebook Event
- Invite all friends, followers, colleagues, supporters
- We recommend spending $10-20 to “boost” your ad if you don’t have a large following
- Make Gleam a co-host
Social Media Posts
- Post weekly leading up to the event on your social channels
- Include the event in your e-newsletter (if you have one)
- Send a reminder email the day before your fundraiser
Flyers / Posters
- Hang or distribute flyers/posters promoting the fundraiser at your office and at any events you attend/host leading up to the event
WOM
- Don’t forget to use good old fashioned word of mouth to let people know they can get an eco-friendly car wash while supporting your cause!
