Will my membership work at both Gleam locations?
Yes, the only membership that won’t work at both locations is the Total Total.
Do I need my Endless Pass number to cancel my plan or update my credit card on file?
Yes, If you do not have your Endless Pass number please contact us. Starting January 2022 we send out a detailed welcome email when you sign up that includes your Pass number and exactly how to cancel – if you received the email pull it up and it explains the process. It’s simple, fast and guarantees you don’t get recharged!

I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my Endless pass to another vehicle?
At your next visit just ask our attendant and we’ll get you set up with a new sticker! EASY.
Can I change my plan type online?
No, you will need to stop by a location to change plans. But it takes five minutes.
How long does it take for my plan to be cancelled?
Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your car during this time.
Will I receive a refund after cancelling my plan?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.
Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card or cancel my plan?
Only the group leader may update the credit card on file. If the group leader cancels, all members will be cancelled as well.
Do you offer family or group plans?
Yes! Our family plan is available for up to four cars with our Gleam Total Interior + Total Exterior Plan ($55) and offers $10 off the plan for each additional car (the first car is full price with each additional car receiving $10 off per month). For larger groups, please contact us.
Is the membership open to professional drivers or vehicles used for professional rental (AKA Turo) purposes?
No it is not. Please contact us for our professional driver plan. Currently we do not have a plan for vehicles used for professional rental purposes.

How do I know what detail service I need?

Which service do you recommend for interior and exterior?
What do I do while I wait for my services to be finished?
If it is a detail service, you can leave us your key and we will call you when it is ready. Otherwise, we have an awesome gift shop and snacks available.
What is the difference between tunnel hours vs. regular hours?
Our hours fluctuate slightly depending upon the season and weather, but generally:
- We run our tunnel from 8 am – 7 pm daily.
- We open for all services, including basic interior wash (vacuum + dusting) and details from 9 am – 6 pm.
- When it is actively snowing, raining, or below 25 degrees, we may close.
Where do I enter to get my car washed?
Gleam: Enter through Wolff Street and follow the signs from there!
Gleam II: Enter through E Colfax and follow the signs from there!
How many locations do you have?
We have 2! One in Denver & another one in Aurora.
Do you close for weather?
Yes, all car washes generally close when it’s a steady rain, steady snowfall, or if it’s below 25 degrees. Please call us if you have any questions 720-476-7705.
Are you a touchless carwash?
We are not.
Will the carwash scratch my vehicle?
No, it will not. Please do note that just driving your vehicle around town or to the mountains will, inevitably, result in scratches.
